Government tender portals in the GCC: where public projects are advertised

Updated 05 November 2026

Public construction and infrastructure work in the Gulf is advertised through national e-procurement platforms, while state energy companies and giga-project developers run their own supplier systems. Knowing which portal covers which buyer saves a lot of time.

State companies and giga-projects

National oil companies, utilities and giga-project developers usually buy through their own supplier registration systems rather than the national portal. In Saudi Arabia, for example, Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, ROSHN, Qiddiya, Diriyah, the Saudi Electricity Company, the National Water Company and SWPC each have supplier channels. Elsewhere, DEWA in Dubai, QatarEnergy, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and its subsidiaries, Petroleum Development Oman, OQ and Bapco Energies run their own vendor registration. Most require you to register and be approved before you can see or answer enquiries.
